CURRENT JOB OPENINGS
The Test Lab Technician I is an entry level position focusing primarily on preparation and bond work of test coupons. This position is responsible for preparation and testing of composite test specimens to support the manufacture of aerospace and space-based composite structures.
The Metrology Inspector (CMM) will primarily be responsible for performing the inspections of
manufactured or purchased components / details, tooling and Flight Hardware sub-assemblies to
ensure compliance to Alliances’ Engineering and / or Customer’s specifications during which time they
may also be required to provide real-time feedback to engineering (quality or manufacturing), Program
Management or Shop as deemed necessary.
The Assembly Technician 2 provides hands-on labor for support of manufacturing and assembly tasks. Requires high precision production techniques using fragile materials to fabricate space flight hardware. Technician must be self-directed to accomplish scheduled objectives, requiring limited supervisory oversight.
The Composite Fabrication Technician provides hands-on labor for support of manufacturing and laboratory work. Requires high precision production techniques using fragile materials to fabricate space flight hardware. Technician must be self-directed to accomplish scheduled objectives, requiring limited supervisory oversight.
The QA Inspector will be responsible for performing the dimensional and/or visual inspections of Alliances’
Flight Hardware in various stages of assembly which include but are not limited to; composite material ply’
lay-up, post cured assemblies; face sheets, boom tubes or cylinders for cosmetic anomalies and the
associated cure (charts) profiles.
