To ensure that our aerospace composite structures and space-based solar power systems are of the highest quality, Alliance Spacesystems oversees all aspects of end-item and materials testing. Whether the testing is done onsite or off, we manage the entire process. This includes developing detailed test procedures as well as providing the test engineer and test fixture and frame.

End-Item Testing

Alliance Spacesystems currently performs many end-item tests in-house. Regardless of the test type, we work closely with our customers to develop the plans and procedures required to execute a successful test program. In addition, we oversee fixture design and fabrication.

Materials Testing

Alliance Spacesystems has an in-house test lab for both work in process (WIP) and material allowables (B-basis) testing. Testing programs are performed in accordance with our customers’ requirements, the engineering test plan, industry standards (including ASTM) and manufacturer recommendations.
