The Metrology Operator will primarily be responsible for performing the metrology verifications of manufactured or purchased tooling, machined details, assemblies and in-process and Flight Hardware final assemblies to ensure their compliance with Alliances’ Engineering and/or Customers specifications.
The Buyer II is responsible for vendor selection, procurement price negotiations, terms, and schedules.
The Material Planner will support the Los Alamitos facility by means of creating Bills of Materials (BOMs), material/stock verification and Global Shop cost transfers.
The Facility Maintenance Technician is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining all aspect of Alliance’s Manufacturing, storage, and office space facilities including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures for fabrication, machining, and assembly of space-flight composite hardware.
The Material Control Clerk supports programs with materials and hardware handling, issuance, and hands on assistance.
The Manufacturing Technician III provides hands-on labor for support of manufacturing and laboratory work. This level requires minimal supervision.
The Manufacturing Technician II provides hands-on labor for support of manufacturing and laboratory work. This level requires supervision on a daily basis.
The Technician I provides hands-on labor for support of manufacturing. This is an apprenticeship position.
The CNC Programmer/Operator Tech III is responsible for set-up, operation, and programming of CNC routing and milling machines with minimal supervision on a daily basis.
This is a senior composite engineering position responsible for the structural and thermal analysis for lightweight and stable space flight composite structures.
