The Program Manager is responsible for the management of minor and major development and manufacturing programs with the company’s customers. The position is accountable to senior management for the overall success of the program. Responsible for the management of Program costs, schedule, and technical execution of each customer contract from inception to completion.
The Quality Control Lead is responsible for assisting Quality Management in prioritizing and managing the daily Quality Inspection activities while supporting dimensional inspections, inspection of material receipts, and verification of tool setups, dry fits, and issued materials.
The 2nd Shift Assembly Supervisor directly supervises the Second Shift Components and Structures Assembly Groups by:
- Planning the use of materials, facilities, and human resources.
- Communicate and monitor schedule and budget expectations.
- Establish and implement training requirements.
- Support Technicians with drawing interpretation, work instruction interpretation, and technical process
- Implement and maintain 6S strategy to Components, Panel, and Structure Assembly areas
The Technician I provides hands-on labor for support of manufacturing. At this level requires continuous supervision of tasks on a daily basis. This is an apprenticeship position. Technician I training in all Manufacturing processes will be performed over a two (2) year period.
The Quality Inspector I is primarily responsible for performing the dimensional and/or visual inspection acceptance / rejection of Flight Hardware in various stages of lay-up, assembly, testing or packaging for ship and, the verification and acceptance / rejection of the corresponding Operations Step(s) or sequence of operations as specified on the Assembly Operation Lists.
