5 Axis Machinist / Programmer/Operator

The 5 Axis CNC Machinist is responsible for set-up, operation, and programming of machine with minimal
supervisor of tasks on a daily basis. Preferred candidate will also be able to set-up, operate and program 3 Axis CNC routing and milling machines. Candidate should be able to machine composite and metallic structures/details, as well as interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineer specifications.


Metrology CMM Inspector

The Metrology Inspector (CMM) will primarily be responsible for performing the inspections of
manufactured or purchased components / details, tooling and Flight Hardware sub-assemblies to
ensure compliance to Alliances’ Engineering and / or Customer’s specifications during which time they
may also be required to provide real-time feedback to engineering (quality or manufacturing), Program
Management or Shop as deemed necessary.


Test Technician

Responsible for building, assembling structural and/or environmental test setups, apparatus tailored to
meet customer-specific needs for structural qualification, proto-qualification and/or workmanship-
type testing of aerospace-based composite flight hardware. Able to work independently and
collaboratively with all levels of personnel; particularly with Test Engineers, other Test and/or
Assembly Technicians and QA inspection to ensure test requirements are fulfilled to the customer
needs and satisfaction.
